Product can be Returned within 5 days from the date of delivery, if wrong item is delivered or item is defected. Product unboxing video is required for return and refund process. Without unboxing video return / refund will not be accepted.
In case of cancellation, payment platform fee will be deducted from the paid amount and rest of the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. In case of return, if accepted, a full refund will be issued. Once a refund is intitiated, it will be processed within 5-7 days after initiation.
